Homebuying isn't the easiest process out there, but it can be an incredibly rewarding process if done right. In this video I will be discussing how to go about getting approval for your first mortgage and a step by step of how to buy a home including everything from window shopping, to your first month after picking up the keys. I also have a full list of the costs involved in the homebuying process at the end of the video, which is a must-see to understand how far your current budget will take you. Under no circumstance do I suggest somebody takes on further debt (other than the mortgage) to get into a home. So make sure that your fully funded to avoid getting stuck into a debt-cycle.
By no means will this video save you from the stress and frustration that buying a home can entail, but it will hopefully prepare you for each step to minimise some of the emotional burden.
