METHOD & INGREDIENTS
FOR CHICKEN ROAST
1.Chicken - 1/2 kilo cut into small pieces, boneless
To it add
Ginger garlic paste - 2 teaspoon
Salt as desired
Red chili powder - 1 teaspoon
Turmeric powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Coriander powder - 1 teaspoon
Garam masala powder - 1 teaspoon
Chat masala - 1/4 teaspoon
Cumin powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Lemon juice of half a lemon
Baking powder - few pinches
Yogurt - 5 teaspoon
Food color orange optional
Mix and marinate for 30 minutes
In a pan heat oil - 2 tablespoon and add chicken, roast it till tender and dry
FOR PARATHA
All purpose flour - 1/2 kilo
Salt - 1 teaspoon
Sugar - 1 & 1/2 teaspoon
Baking powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Yogurt - 3 teaspoon
Oil - 2 teaspoon
Milk as required
Mix till soft dough is ready
FOR SPREAD
--------------------
Hung curd - from 500 gram yogurt
To it add Tomato ketchup - 2 tablespoon
Chat masala - 1/4 teaspoon
Black pepper powder - 2 pinches
Salt few pinches
Lemon juice - 1 teaspoon
Mix it , spread is ready
ONION MIX
------------------
Thinly sliced onions - 2 medium sized
To it add Black pepper powder - 2 pinches
Salt - 2 pinches
Few chopped coriander leaves and green chilies
Lemon juice - 1 teaspoon
Now make Parathas and apply spread, chicken and onion mix as shown
