Learn how to replace the fork seals on a Honda Goldwing. This is a 2007 Goldwing, and this job started as just a fork seal replacement. As we dug into the forks during disassembly, we found other parts that needed to be replaced.

We’ll start by removing the brake calipers, fender, and wheel. Then we’ll remove the various brackets from the fork. Next, we’ll show you how to remove the instrument cluster to access the top of the fork, which will allow you to remove the fork. Once removed, we’ll show you how to disassemble and evaluate the parts inside the fork and then get them replaced. Once we finish the rebuilding the fork on our Goldwing, we’ll show you how to get it filled with fluid and then get the right and left sides of the fork back on the motorcycle.

NOTE: The two sides of the fork have slightly different designs. To see individual fork rebuilds:

Right fork rebuild - 22:20
