JOGGING AFTER OPEN HEART SURGERY 😅🏃‍♀ (JogVlog)

Hi everyone, I'm finally jogging/running again after how many years due to health issues. I am 7 months post op and even before operation (started 3rd/4th yr. high school) I am doing some home workouts to keep my body somehow "healthy" and in condition. After church with my family, my nephew accompanied me to go for a jog at Joaquin Enriquez Memorial Sports Complex. The grandstand has just reopened to the public last February 2019 after how many years of renovation due to the Zamboanga siege last 2013. It was used as an evacuation center which led to the deterioration of its facilities.
