Helooooo, Our pores can appear clogged and skin, congested, when we have excess oils, dead skin cells, black heads, all this making pores appear larger. Our skin can also start to feel rough and you can see some texture on your skin.
So there’s this idea that we can clear out our pores, to make our skin look flawless and pores smaller…
BUT you can’t unclog pores in the sense that you can’t empty them out.
And it think that’s what people think they’re doing when we steam our face, remove blackheads, white heads, steam our face etc. When really that’s just scratching the surface of the pore. So when it looks like you’ve emptied your pores, your just seeing the top, so your pores look “cleaner”.
So whilst that temporarily looks good, its just that…temporary. But, we can pro-long these results by generally looking after our skin so our pores appear clearer and smaller. And our aim here isn’t to un-clogg pores, but top let our pores behave naturally and do the job that they need to do, so that they behave…and look nice and small. And I stress that we are tiling about illusion here, the illusion of pores shrinking. I will still be using the term clogged pores because its like an umbrella term!
So today I want to share a skin care routine that you can do everyday, for the general healthier appearance of your pores.
There are going to be, no extraction tools, no pore strips….kind of…., no brushes nothing like that, just long term results!
