I'm a bit of a disciple of Carl Jung AND Jesus (it's a good combo, you should try it). And this is what happens when you fuse the two.
As some of you may know, I firmly believe in the power of using visualisation as a tool for transformation.
Here I'm experimenting with active imagination as a means of developing inner dialogue as part of the individuation process.
Or getting to know yourself.
The real you, that is.
And who better to be your companion and guide than the one and only JC, who perfected the art and can show us how to do it.
Allow yourself to relax and listen as you are guided in the visualisation.
There will be opportunity for you to speak and listen within the 'fantasy'.
It may be worth having a pen and paper handy as you may want to make notes afterwards.
I hope you find it meets you where you're at, and brings you what you need.
