1 Hero Power = 1 Legendary with Storm Bringer | Even Shaman | Wild Hearthstone Rise of Shadows

Even Shaman got buffed not just with Thunderhead getting +1 health, The Storm Bringer makes every single 0/2 or 1/1 you have a potential King Krish or even Tyrantus. The most important thing is to decide if you want to play the deck more Token heavy with Gormok and some bad 4 Drops like Hench Clan Hag or like usual

The Token heavy list has upsides like making Sea Giant easier to play and you get more value from The Storm Bringer but in general you are weaker to AOE. Thing is, how often do you face aggro without any AOE card and how often just some Control Mage/Warlock. Based on that you should choose your deck list
