Eliana visits the Nicaraguan embassy. Natureboy takes the tribe to the embassy, claiming to clear his name and meets Eliana there as she's getting off a bus. He states he was getting money from the ATM while Eliana and baby stayed behind with no cell phone (per Eliana), Natureboy says they're there to apply for the baby's passport but also later confirms the embassy has to send paperwork to Mexico to first obtain the birth certificate. Mr. Marquez gets a call from the embassy while Eliana was there stating she wants to come home. Later in the car with Natureboy and the tribe, Eliana states that she did not call her dad, which lines up with Mr. Marquez's story that the embassy called. She most likely used a phone provided by the embassy to call one of her sister wives.
