Visually Impaired People find it difficult to make uses of websites with lack of accessibility and usability. For instance, websites with small fonts or lack of colour contrast between the foreground and background colour which can be difficult for some users to read it. The key objective of this research is to enhance web accessibility and usability for visually impaired persons. For this research, a WordPress plugin will be developed, WordPress was chosen due to its power over the Internet. The plugin will be available for installment on websites on WordPress in order to decrease the gab of web accessibility and usability.
