GROWING UP WITH A DISABLED FATHER WHO PASSED AWAY. How i dealt with it

This is something I've never spoken about before to ANYONE not even my closest friends. I don't like letting people in and this topic is very hard for me to open up on. Its taken a lot to build up the courage to speak about it and show my vulnerable side but there's no time like the present to do something different.
Please be kind as this is a difficult topic.
