Make your keyword research foolproof with this one simple test: verify the search intent BEFORE you write your page. Otherwise, your page may never rank highly at Google. 👉 Imagine for a moment that you have made the perfect, light as a feather birthday cake with luscious icing for a special event, only to discover that everyone attending is on a gluten-free diet.

Something similar can happen when the search engines don’t think that what you have written matches what searchers are looking for - aka the search intent (also called user intent).
Here’s how to prevent it from happening...
Solo Build It! shows you the keywords that are most likely winnable. When you create your page, it is called a keyword focused page because it is centered around a particular aspect of your main site topic.
So, in our example, let's imagine that you are planning a keyword focused page about "life coaching jobs." It's all about the types of jobs that different businesses have available in the life coaching industry. In other words, it's an informational page.
Before you start writing your page, do this check: open your preferred browser (in private or incognito mode) and enter - to stay with our example - "life coaching jobs."
You'll see that the Search Engines are delivering a completely different type of result than the page you had in mind! They are providing transactional sites, like job search platforms, job listings and job openings in the searcher's area.
This means that you would be better served to use a different keyword for that page you had in mind. There is no problem using your original keyword if it naturally fits into the content. Just don’t use it as your main page focus.
You will save yourself a lot of work and frustration by checking that your keyword's search intent matches the content you are planning to write.
