Interview with Martha Davis of The Motels - New Music, Tour & Science!

Martha Davis is an American rock and new wave singer/songwriter from Berkeley California. She’s the lead singer of the band, THE MOTELS, who achieved Gold record status and generated two Top Ten singles, “Only the Lonely” and “Suddenly Last Summer”. Their most recent album, “Last Few Beautiful Days” has been nominated as Best Album for 2019 by the Independent Music Awards.

In this phone interview we discuss Martha's amazing career, her recent album and new record label Remarkable Records. We also talk about Martha's interest in science (from her meeting with Neil Degrasse Tyson, to her interests in blackholes & timespace!) and her character Fineas T Rabbit, an astrophysicist with his own theme song.
