Ahhh the 28 Day Summer Sculpt Program is finally here!! Today's workout puts your WHOLE body to work, no equipment necessary! Legs! Arms! Abs! Butt! Back! YES. This is going to be your Monday workout for the whole challenge, so don't forget to keep pushing yourself a little harder every time you do it!

We'll start with a quick warm up and then do 10 different exercises each for one minute, with a ten second rest in between. After repeating that 2x total, we'll stretch it out and you will be DONE... for today 😉

2. Inchworm to pushup
3. Curtsy Lunge Kick right
4. Curtsy Lunge kick left
5. Straight Leg Lift right
6. Oil riggers with butt lift right
7. Straight Leg Lift left
8. Oil Riggers with butt lift left
9. Scissor Scissor Crunch
10. Earthquake
