Urban Health Research - College of Nursing - Wayne State University The third annual Wayne State University College of Nursing Contemporary Issues in Urban Health conference was held April 17, 2019. This year's focus was "Building Healthier Communities Through Nursing Science." Researchers, practitioners, students and community partners from all disciplines explored how today's nursing science influences tomorrow's urban communities.
