The DJI Osmo Action is DJI's first GoPro like action camera.
It shoots crisp 4K video at 60 FPS, and super slow motion at 240 FPS at 1080p.
You can capture images (JPEG / RAW) as well as time lapses easily.
The DJI Osmo Action is waterproof up to 36ft (11m) without a waterproof case and it can withstand temperatures as cold as 14°F (-10°C).
The DJI Osmo Action has two LCD screens! There is a touch screen display on the back and a smaller preview screen in the front. This makes it really easy to see exactly what you are filming at all times.
The DJI Osmo Action also has an HDR mode that tries to retain a lot of detail in the bright and dark parts of your videos. However, you cannot use RockSteady (Image Stabilization) in HDR mode.
You can remotely control the DJI Osmo Action via voice commands or using the FREE DJI Mimo App.
Battery life is approximately 1h when filming at 4K and 2h when shooting 1080p! However, since the battery can be exchanged I recommend bringing a few spares if you intend to be all day out shooting :)
