Executive chef Praveen Shetty and the kitchen team at the luxurious Conrad hotel cook up a storm at The Conrad Sunday Brunch which was recently launched at the Caraway Kitchen.
Conrad Sunday brunch has the distinction of being the longest brunch in Bangalore.
It's cooking zones were filled with Alaskan crab, lobsters and oysters from coastal Mangalore, white and green asparagus from Peru, edible flowers from Mysore, New Zealand lamb chops, artisanal cheese and a variety of mango desserts among other sweet stuff.
Apart from the delightful spread and a wide range of cocktails, there’s live music and a kids play lounge to keep the little munchkins occupied.
