Make a Belt sander @Washing machine motor 【Part.1】

Hello Friends!
I used a broken washing machine motor to make a belt sander.

The washing machine motor consumes 300W.
I want a little more power, but there is no problem in practical use.

The drawback is that continuous operation can not be performed.
The cooling was strengthened, but the motor temperature exceeds 90 ° C in about 8 minutes.
(The motor temperature will reach 120 ° C in about 10 minutes.)


I attached a temperature sensor to the motor and decided to use it while monitoring the temperature.
