PNP Chief Police General Oscar Albayalde presided the Oath-Taking and Donning of Ranks Ceremony of Police Major General Timoteo G Pacleb, PNP Director for Intelligence who was promoted to two-star rank; and Police Brigadier General Ferdinand M Garay, Deputy Regional Director for Administration of Police Regional Office 1; Police Brigadier General Walter E Castillejos, Executive Officer of the Directorate for Integrated Police Operations in Northern Luzon; and Police Brigadier General Bernard M Banac, PNP Spokesperson and Chief of PNP Public Information Office who were promoted to one-star rank, on July 24, 2019 in Camp Crame, Quezon City.
