In today’s world current education system only works for 10% people who are extremely intelligent. Other 10% stays satisfied with what all job they are doing. Problem arises with other 80% people who are frustrated, dissatisfied or afraid with their life. Just because they are unaware of how to do what they want, they even don’t know what have studied till 12th standard. It is said that God has given each of us a specified skill in which we can excel. Each and every student comes with a probability to show their skill. Just ‘To Educate” them does not really bring out the skill within them. Guardians expect their kid to be a doctor, an engineer, CA, CS IPS, IS etc. which ultimately lead to a fearful life. This make kids to think that they are good for nothing. Awards and prizes are given to 1st three rank holders. What about the last three rank holders? Are they useless? This is the reason we won’t follow a ranking system at all. Skills of student who score below 50% will be taken care of. Out of 20 skills, we will work on 1 or 2 skills in which the students are interested in. Those skills will be taught and polished. We will help student to compete nationally or globally so that he can develop the infrastructure where he can hires people for job and contribute to their wellbeing.
