Hi lovelies, Welcome back to my channel. Today we are doing a STANDING AB WORKOUT to avoid floor exercises such as crunches and planking. Specially if you have back pain doing crunches this is perfect for you. And no mats needed. One of the great thing about this routine is that you can do them anywhere in any space. I did it in our front yard to get a quick ab routine in.
EXERCISES (30-45 sec):
1. Jumping Jacks
2. Alt Toe Touch
3. Twisting High Knee
4. Woodchop
5. Side Bend
6. Front Kick + Side Kick
7. High Kicks
8. Bicycle Crunch
9. High Knee
