We went to bring in a stray at the brevard county animal shelter and this bitch walks in to surrender, they can't take the dog(they're full), so she asks to have them euthanize her. They say no and she storms out and sticks the dog In the car after beating it.
The police are trying to find her, we are in cocoa, florida where it is currently 95 IN THE SHADE. If you see her call non emergency and tell them where she is.
