Western Hills is an established neighborhood near Lake Waco, known for its big trees and big lots. This is the first house for the Haires to own together, and they're looking for a home to settle down in to create memories with their two young children. They're looking for a home with 4-bedrooms, an open floor plan and a nice yard for their kids to play in. Chip Gaines says the Haires aren't asking for the moon but they're going to get it within a $210,000 budget.
