You start getting hit by the "fear of failing" because you know, once you've hit your 40's, it's easier than ever now for pounds to pile on, but a lot tougher to take them off.

One such methods was discovered by a swat member, who fell victim to his own Pepper spray grenade.
Though he felt really embarrassed, as he was sweating and sneezing profusely, with tears streaming down his face.
