The last time we had a lightweight league event was all the way back in January 20th 2018, but this time with a Worldwide twist. Although, the last time that took place was back in January 8th 2019. Anyway, many of the lightweight characters have appeared in various Mario titles, but hardly get used in Mario Kart. That will change for this event, as the Squid Karters community show their support for these wonderful little characters, and proving that they’re not slow if they’re small, as items of all sorts can totally change the outcome.
To summarise: Two rooms took place since not everyone was able to join the first lobby. Was a mixed bag performance on my end, but had a lot of sloppy moments and struggles.
