Meditation is something that I have been so passionate about for a very long time in my life. I've always been a fan of it, and after I graduated university, I instantly began my journey as a meditation instructor. Seeing the benefits it had brought to my friends and family was amazing, so I felt like sharing some basic info on why meditation can be beneficial to you, how to properly meditate, and the different kinds of meditation, would be a huge help to some newcomers who have never tried meditation.
