Samsung Galaxy Tab S6 Offical Trailer & New S-Pen Features The Galaxy Tab S6 has dual rear cameras- an 8MP sensor (f/1.9), and a 5MP depth sensor; and an 8MP front camera.
The battery has also been confirmed to be 7,040 mAh. The device weighs in at 420g, lighter than the Tab S4 which is 482g.
For the first time, the keyboard accessory will ship with a touchpad.
A new feature in the premium tablet lineup is the in-display fingerprint reader, included at the front. The S-Pen has a docking place in the rear chassis of the tablet.
As mentioned before, the Galaxy Tab S6 features a nearly full-screen 10.5 AMOLED display, with a Snapdragon 855. It also comes with pen support, 6/8 GB of RAM and 128/256 GB of onboard storage, which is expandable to 512 GB via microSD.
Four AKG-tuned speakers are also included to enhance the multimedia experience.
The device will ship with Samsung DeX, which will be used to advertise the Tab S6 as a laptop replacement, along with the Bixby assistant and call/message continuity features.
The tablet is expected to launch on 7th August, alongside the Note 10 phablets.
