TISWADI SUFFERS THE MOST DUE TO PIPELINE BURST AT PONDA

Due to heavy rains, the retaining wall has collapsed breaking two major pipelines at Kerian-Khandepar. However, due to this Tiswadi Taluka has been affected the most. Tiswadi Taluka requires 60 MLD water per day, but PWD has managed to supply only 1.5 MLD water through water tankers.
PWD has only 17 water tankers on board who have catered to 150 calls.
PWD has got water from Altinho, Porvorim and Agassaim.
