SONG: Opposite the Other - Stutter Love A few weeks ago, I was planning on shooting my first ever drum cover in Virtual Reality (specifically VR180). I thought that it might be cool to cover (and give exposure to!) a song by a relatively unknown/indie artist, instead of covering Justin Bieber or The Beatles (you know). So, I asked fans and supporters and subscribers to submit their own original music, and within the first 24 hours... I received almost 400 submissions. I did NOT expect this madness.. so I quickly got to listening through them, and I was blown away by the amount of killer songs you guys submitted.
I picked this song by Opposite the Other, which is a band started by Samuel Burger. I've actually been aware of Samuel for a while and loved his music, so this was such a fun track to cover.
The response was such a rad surprise, and because you guys submitted so many epic submissions, I've decided to record two more videos like this: two more drum covers featuring songs submitted by subscribers. STOKED!
