Here is an amateur walkthrough of Desoto Square Mall. It's located at 303 301 Blvd W, Bradenton, FL 34205. It first opened up in 1973 and is managed by: Edward J. DeBartolo, Sr. My wife and I worked at this mall way-back-when. It has always been kind of rough around the edges. Gangs, drugs, skanks, hoodlums, and all sorts of creatures have sought this place out as a place to congregate. However, it has been a place to carry a gun and shop type of deal.
I believe this place is bankrupt and will more-than-likely be demolished or turned into low income housing. Sears and Macy's is gone, and the other anchor store holding out is JC Penny. There were an unlimited amount of 'off brand' stores closed in here.
