I conceptualized, wrote and helped produced this 2013 AVP/docu short for the Department of Health (DOH) which spotlighted the agency's 115-year history, significant accomplishments, beneficiaries, and its secretary, assistant secretaries and undersecretaries. The project took three days to make, a colossal feat, which earned for PTV Creatives & Merchandising Unit a letter of commendation from PCOO Secretary Herminio Coloma.
