Ingredients
Lady's finger - 200 gms
Salt - 1 tsp
Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
Kashmiri red chili powder - 1 tsp
Cumin powder - 1 tsp
Chaat masala powder - 1 tsp
Garam masala powder - 1/2 tsp
Corn flour - 1 tbsp
Maida - 4 tbsp
Bread crumbs
Water
Method
Cut the lady's finger into 2 inch pieces and keep it aside
Take the pieces in a bowl, add salt, red chili powder, cumin powder, chaat masala, garam masala
Toss everything together and let it sit for 5 mins
Mix the lady's finger pieces again
Add maida and sprinkle some water and toss it again
Let it sit for 5 mins
In a bowl take maida and add water and mix it well
Dip the lady's finger pieces in the maida slurry and roll them in bread crumbs
Refrigerate this for 10 mins
Heat some oil for deep frying
Drop the lady's finger pieces into the hot oil and deep fry them till they are golden brown in color
Serve them hot with some ketchup
