Aside from designing harnesses, I also work full-time in an office doing clerical work for a special company. I have been in this field for over 9 years & have learned so much about the importance of great customer service in the workplace. Every 3rd Thursday of the month I will be providing you with tips on the following topics:

•Why excellent customer service in the workplace is extremely important
•Preparing yourself for interviews
I have learned so much over the years and would like to share my experiences with you to assist you in becoming successful in your current or future job.
