1. How many units of electricity are consumed to charge the full battery?
2. Can a consumer purchase additional battery?
3. Battery warranty is it truly unlimited? Since because of swapping batteries will be changed regularly.
4. Is their an option for fast charging or is it being planned?
5.Charging kit is free or one has to buy separately?
6. Can one charge the battery without removing it?
7. Is Battery home delivery available and is it chargeable?
8. What are charges for swapping battery?

9. Are the electric components of the bike waterproof or resistant?

Availability & Process:
10. When will the bike be made available in other states like UP, West Bengal, Rajasthan, Karnataka, Bihar? Will the availability be made in a phased manner? Please elaborate.
11. Can one buy in Delhi and take it to another state.
12. Is on-road assistance provided? Is it free or one has to pay for it.
13. If one wants to make full payment will their be any discount?
