You’ll find a wide range of games that are free to play for members at the board games collection in the Central Library.

Board gaming is a fun and sociable way to spend time with family and friends. Games primarily aimed at adults and older children are available to play in the Reading Room, with titles more suitable for younger children kept in the children's library.

If you're new to board games and want to learn how to play or you want to meet up with fellow board game enthusiasts, come along to one of our regular Board Game Nights, meeting monthly in the Reading Room.
