This is the first of a series of videos about building a movement around wellness by launching my new company, Zenit. So what do we mean by a Radical Wellness company?
When we say WELLNESS, it's not just about going to one yoga class a week, it's about how we live, every day, every second. It's about having the opportunities to live out our purpose. And for all of us to be well, we need real structural change in how our society operates so that truly everyone can live lives that honor their humanity, dignity, and brilliance.
And that gets us to being a RADICAL wellness company. The status quo is that corporations put profit over people and planet. Progressive companies take care of their people and the planet so that they can profit. That's better, but the end purpose is still profit.
As a Radical Wellness company, we profit SO THAT we can take care of our people and planet. That's a fundamental change from the status quo of the purpose of business. As I build this company, my vow is to make sure everything we do is guided by that vision.
