Collections: Create a collection and start answering

What is a collection?
All conversations that match a certain criteria (e.g. all conversations with the label 'Complaint').

What is a stack?
Collections are made up of multiple stacks. Stacks are made up of a set number of conversations that can be worked on by a coach in one sitting. For now the default is 20 conversations per stack.

Why have stacks?
We want coaches to take ownership over conservations, and maximise their productivity.
