Derby County 2-0 Luton Town: Hat'll Do Just Nicely! MATCHDAY VLOG!

Derby County 2-0 Luton Town: Hat'll Do Just Nicely! MATCHDAY VLOG! After blowing a lead in the dying seconds at Barnsley on Wednesday, The Rams were looking to get back to winning ways as Graeme Jones' Luton Town came to Pride Park hoping to cause an upset. The Hatters brought around 3000 fans up from Bedfordshire, but disaster struck when a back pass from Matty Pearson slipped past Simon Sluga's foot and rolled into an empty net to give Derby a 1-0 lead. Luton peppered Derby's half, but a solid back line thumped most of their efforts away. Luton had a penalty appeal turned down in the 2nd half, after a Ram's player looked to have handled it in the box, but the referee waved on. With 20 minutes to play, the man under the spotlight for his drink-driving antics, Tom Lawrence produced a goal from thin air. His cross flew past Sluga's gloves and nestled in the opposite top corner of the net to wrap up a feisty encounter and taking the Rams up to 13th.
