Fresh durian meat 200g
Coconut milk 150g
Sugar 30g
Whipping cream 200g
Sugar 20g

【Glutinous Rice Ball Recipe】
Glutinous rice flour 50g
Starch 15g
Sugar 25g
Milk 85g
Butter 10g

Fresh Mango

Can't say that it's very difficult to make but it tastes really great especially if you are a Durian lover. The Durian is an Asian fruit with an impressive smell. You and most other people probably would not be interested in it. So,  if you want, you can change it to a fruit that you do like and make it the same way. After finishing, you can eat it right away or freeze it for later.
