The UAW strike with GM has caused financial hardship for many who have been working for General Motors. I was supposed to be hired by GM since my interview went fine but then the Strike started then GM put a freeze on hiring which affected me. I lost a job so now down to a full time job and one part time job and medical bills piling up in addition to homeowner's expenses. I took a hike in the woods once again and I got lost for two hours! Finally made it out of the woods and finished my walk on the beach. I am in no position to buy a new 2020 Corvette. I will be getting my deposit back on the new C8 Corvette since there is no way I can afford this Corvette after losing my job and having more medical bills.
