The Japan Meterological Agency today issued level-five heavy rain emergency warnings, its highest-level warning. The JMA says some parts of Japan will experience severe rainfalls seen only once in several decades. Some areas in Japan are forecast to get more than 30 inches of rain. The heavy rain emergency warnings apply to areas in central and eastern Japan, including Kanagawa Prefecture, Shizuoka Prefecture, Tokyo, Saitama Prefecture, Gunma Prefecture, Yamanashi Prefecture and Nagano Prefecture. In this interactive live stream, host Steve Lookner brings you the latest updates on Typhoon Hagibis as it approaches landfall in Japan, including the latest Hagibis forecast, and he'll also read your comments and questions on the air!
