A side hustle, workout routine, time to search for a new job, and a wide range of habits are all acceptable given that the reason itself means something to *you*
I'm not in the habit of providing easy prescriptions. Waking up early isn't something you'll adopt easily and do automatically. It takes time.
That being said, there are a ton of amazing benefits to waking up early that can change your life in a profound way.
Thanks to my morning routine I've been able to:

*Quit my job and become a full-time writer
*Develop the habit of daily meditation
*Gain clarity and mental focus throughout the day
*Lower stress levels by getting important things done and having more time to focus on myself
