Trust is a belief that someone is good and honest and will not harm you at any circumstances of life intentionally. Experience of a person is a root of trust-building. If the experience is bad you will not trust that person. If the experience is good you will trust that person. In this world of online, we trust the person who wrote the review of a product on Amazon instead of a person besides you. We often break relationships due to trust issues which do not have realistic expectations let me give you an example, one of your friends does not help you when you're in a bad situation might be he may be in more worst situations and then yours. We take this misunderstanding as cheating and we break the relationship. Instead of breaking trust due to misunderstanding, firstly use your understanding of whether to trust that person or not.
As Chris Bulter said, " Trust is earned when actions meet words". Believe me, trust-building is a process of understanding the person the most. When you fully trust someone without any doubt, you finally get one of two results. A person for life or a lesson for life.
