Expectations in Romantic Relationships – Are You Asking Too Much?

Expectations in Romantic Relationships – Are You Asking Too Much? Expectations in Romantic Relationships – Are You Asking Too Much? // In this video I'm exploring how we can often weigh down our romantic partners with a myriad of roles and expectations which is almost impossible for one person to fulfil!

The idea that our partners should be our co-parent, lover, best friend and rock is commonplace in modern relationships which is in contrast to our ancestors who would have a whole village or tribe to fulfil those many needs.

I explore how we can become more observant on our expectations in romantic relationships and have a more realistic expectation to ease some of this pressure which often leads to relationship breakdown.

I hope you enjoy and as always leave me your tips, tools and feedback in the comments below!
