HOSTING THANKSGIVING DINNER EARLY IN OUR HOME | COOKING THANKSGIVING TURKEY FOR THE FIRST TIME EVER!

We hosted Thanksgiving dinner early at our house this year. We had Mindy's family over for the traditional Thanksgiving family feast! This was the first time we've ever cooked a Thanksgiving turkey EVER! We thawed it five days in advance, brined it for 24 hours, then smoked it half the day to perfection! But just in case it didn't turn out we had a backup Thanksgiving turkey.
