How to make an arugula salad in a public bathroom

We all want to live our life as though we’re Claire from the Bon Appetit test kitchen but sometimes we have to face reality. Instead of running away from my goblin ways I choose to embrace them by making an extremely extra, gourmet salad while sitting next to a public toilet. I haven’t tested this recipe in another location so I would suggest making it in some sort of restroom or I’m not sure it will turn out the same.
