HOW TO STUDY FOR BIG TESTS WITH CHRONIC ILLNESS, IBS, Depression, Anxiety, Mental Health at Uni

I am doing my masters in Biology and struggled in my past with issues regarding studying. I have found the perfect way of studying that makes me have near zero anxiety, stress and fear when it comes to exam season. In the past, each exam season would be horrendous, filled with self-hatred, not being happy with one's performance and not being able to concentrate or focus.


The problem of having a chronic illness is, that you cannot plan "bad days". Conventional study routines tell you to plan out the whole month with hours and times, to plan your breaks and your study subjects, but I just put all of that bs into the bin and made my new study routine that gives me time to rest whenever I need it.


The ultimate study tips are:
02:52 Don't study at home, rather go to the library
03:38 Time limit of 1-3 hours
04:07 Start to study 1-3 months before the exam
04:54 Study for your own knowledge and don't focus on the results
(a degree is much more important than good marks)
05:50 Mix up studying techniques, like watching videos on the topics, reading the sections in books and learning from scripts. If one tactic makes you get bored, immediately switch to the other one.
