In our HVAC business we are trying to level our people, ourselves and our customers up. We are providing a great service so when someone on your team has a personality disorder you have to recognize it and fix it. Most people have encountered someone in their life that has this personality disorder. When you own a business and deal with multiple employees it's inevitable that you will encounter this disorder. Here's what I can share....you are not a psychologist. You are a business owner so you are not equipped to help others with this disorder. I sympathize with you wanting to help them get better but the reality is that you can't. If you are dealing with this in your life or company I recommend you try to get them help. With this disorder the symptom is they are unlikely to change so if they won't see a professional then i highly recommend getting them out of your company. Regardless of how much you care about them. My hope is to help you recognize this personality disorder in people you work with in your HVAC business so you can get rid of them and begin the healing and repairing the damage they have done.
