My boy poodle is choked every day, particularly at night by directed energy weapons. I believe a recorder has been put in him as you can sometimes also hear muffled talking coming from the dog. I have taken him to the Vet, but the strangling and choking of the dog continues. He has been suffering for over three months from the atttacks and sometimes runs and hides in corners at night.
