Elias (Joshua Garcia) protects Emma (Janella Salvador) from an enraged man who wants to use her to exact revenge on Camila (Maja Salvador). Meanwhile, Vito (Geoff Eigenmann) and Manay Ichu (Malou de Guzman) jump to Camila's defense as she faces the wrath of the Las Espadas residents. However, this does sit well with Tessa (Loren Burgos), who cannot help but doubt her husband’s intentions in reconnecting with Camila. Soon, an unexpected guest pays Camila a surprise visit.
Unaware of Agnes' (Mara Lopez) secret, Camila (Maja Salvador) rejoices as she reunites with her best friend. Meanwhile, Luna (Alexa Ilacad) learns why Vito (Geoff Eigenmann) is working with his former lover. Iking (Pepe Herrera), on the other hand, catches an unknown woman roaming around Manay Ichu's (Malou de Guzman). Elsewhere, Ornusa (Viveika Ravanes) suddenly finds herself in danger.
Fear spreads across Las Espadas as the residents find a corpse with its mouth sewn shut. Meanwhile, Camila (Maja Salvador) confronts the nurse who declared her long-lost daughter's death. After trying to make amends with Elias (Joshua Garcia), Emma (Janella Salvador) encounters someone from her past.
