His son obviously ordered thinking the doll was some sort of action figure (something "he could play with"). In his initial return request, he voluntarily supplied pictures through ebay showing the doll completely undressed, and the arms pulled off at the elbows. I called ebay customer service both before authorizing the return, and after receiving this back (and sending the ebay rep a link to this video). the ebay rep remained on the phone and instructed me to issue the refund for $100 through paypal. I did this without hanging up, and as soon as they saw that it had been refunded, they closed the dispute. here is the full discussion from the buyers return request through the ebay resolution panel (read from the bottom up for chronological order). Please note that my first solution offer was to send him a replacement foot (I even attached pics of a taeyang leg disassembled so they could see how each of the joints went together), but they refused. Notice in the video at 0:40 how easily i removed the ankle joint that could have reasonably snapped while deboxing

hi, i probably should have included these in my previous reply, but I wanted to show you the entire disassembled leg (you obviously already figured out the arms) . if you are unable to get the broken ankle post out of the calf, then the leg can be replaced either including the calf, or even including the knee joint. whichever one is the easiest separation point for you (since post tightness can vary between individual dolls), -mike

Also because the item has been opened and unpack aged I would see it fair you take off $50.00 re-stocking fee and the cost of shipping $10.00 please take off $60.00 from the refund Total Partial Refund=$100.00 and I will get this shipped out as soon as the label is sent. Thank you!

hi, even if the hinge broke on the ankle, taeyang fig separate into multiple sections just like the arm,, posts are above and below the knee, and from the ankle into the calf. Are you able to grip the bottom part of the ankle that is still stuck inside the calf with a pair of pliers? it should pull out. then i would just need to send you a new foot. If it is easier to remove at the knee, then i can send a leg.
Dec. 1 :The buyer requested a return
As soon as I unboxed this doll, in a gentle manner, the foot has broken off the ball and no longer has the posability definitely a factory flaw with the pieces not going back together definitely not what I was expecting :(
